围板箱由底托、围板、上盖三部分组成。围板采用酚醛复合材料，经拉板、封边、开窗、折弯、拼接制成。底托和上盖，分为注塑、双层吹塑、吸塑三种。围板可折叠，折叠后的围板放入托盘内，盖上顶盖，三者形成一个紧凑的整体。

酚醛复合围板作为复合材料一个新的应用范围，芯层经过特殊处理，使其具有优良的性能和优越的质强比。面层可根据产品要求进行设计。围板芯层为低密芯，密度范围一般在500~800kg/m3。根据不同要求，围板芯层可以选择不同密度，可以直接打钉、镶嵌结构件等。

Phenolic composite panels, as a new application range of composite materials, have excellent performance and superior quality strength ratio due to special treatment of the core layer. The surface layer can be designed according to product requirements. The core layer of the enclosure is a low density core, with a density range of 500-800kg/m3. According to different requirements, the core layer of the enclosure can be selected with different densities, and can be directly nailed or embedded with structural components.
